He has been a leader in the IT systems of gold merchants. Founded TRADOM Inc. (Formerly GFIT Inc.) in January, 2015.

After receiving his Ph.D. in the United States, he served as CEO of high-tech companies including I.S.T Corporation, Super Resin Inc., and Seven Dreamers Laboratories Inc. He has been leading TRADOM Inc. as Co-CEO since February 2021.

A serial entrepreneur who works in a wide range of technology fields, from aerospace to healthcare, AI robots, and fintech. He also contributes to society as a life work, and serves as the chairman of icetee, a non-profit organization.

Koyanagi worked for Deloitte in accounting auditing and business restructuring for securities firms. He was then seconded to the Corporate Planning Department of Sony Corporation. He later worked as the Deputy General Manager of Business Administration Division and General Manager of Accounting Department of UCC Holdings Co., Ltd., and Director, General Manager of Business Administration Department of Seven Dreamers Laboratories Co., Ltd. He has served as General Manager of O2 Inc.’s Finance Division and General Affairs Division. In April 2022, he joined the management of TRADOM Inc.

After working for Nomura Securities and Meiji Life Insurance Mutual Company, he worked as the chief investment officer of Meiji Life Asset Management New York. He also worked as the director of the Meiji Dresdner Asset Management Portfolio Management Department, and served as General Manager of Sumitomo Asset Management and Investment Planning Department and General Manager of Credit Management Department. He is also the executive director of the corporate pension fund of the Automobile Promotion Association. In February 2021, he joined the management of TRADOM Inc.

In 2021, he joined GMO Venture Partners, a global investment firm in the Fintech and ClimateTech fields. In September 2024, he joined TRADOM Inc. as Chief Strategy & Revenue Officer (CSRO), responsible for planning and executing business strategies.

He worked as Executive Vice President of Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, Chairman of Meiji Yasuda System Technology, Outside Director of The Juroku Bank, Ltd. He joined TRADOM Inc. in February 2021 as Head of Compliance Department, and became Auditor in July 2022.

Keio University, Faculty of Economics (B.A. 1974)

After working for private financial institutions and as a financial securities inspector at the Kanto Finance Bureau of the Ministry of Finance, which is responsible for inspecting and supervising financial institutions, he joined Trademark Corporation in June 2022 and was appointed Head of the Compliance Department in July of the same year.
